To visit the Douro and not make a stop at Quinta da Pacheca would be a crime. Stunning landscapes, a very nice and helpful team and wonderful wines are what awaits everyone who comes here.
We took a Alentejo wineries private tour . Our guide was very flexible and very knowledgeable, he was able to answer all our questions about history, culture, wines or gastronomy. We visit Herdade do Esporão and Adega Cartuxa, we love the visits and the wines. It was a wonderful wine day. :)

Foi a minha primeira experiência numa quinta e nada melhor que ter começado pelo Monte da Ravasqueira e pelos excelentes vinhos alentejanos.Visita interessante, uma guia muito profissional e no final os vinhos muito saborosos.
I was curious about amphora wines, and this visit gave a clear picture of how they’re made. The tasting included wines with very distinct profiles, different from what I’m used to. A good stop if you’re exploring wine traditions in Alentejo.

The vertical tasting of Vintage Ports from 2015, 2016, and 2017 was a highlight of our trip. Each vintage had its unique character, and the pairing with chocolate bonbons enhanced the experience. The panoramic terrace offered stunning views of the Douro Superior. A must-visit for Port enthusiasts.

I visited the wine museum and it totally exceeded my expectations! It is a very modern museum, packed with information and multimedia services and excellent guides. I highly recommend it!
