We got to learn about the art of blending Tawny Ports and even created our own bottle. The session was well explained, hands-on, and very enjoyable. A must-do for Port lovers looking for something different.

Recebidas pela Cristina e pela Teresa, a apresentação da quinta decorreu de forma breve e informal, e era exatamente o que procurávamos! Booked online the day we wanted to visit. Easy to sort. The host was knowledgable and explained how all the wines were made with a well-designed tour through the cellars.Fantastic vats of port, vintage bottles of port (over a 100 years old) and a lovely aroma throughout the tour, that ends with tastings of lovely ports and chocolates.

Really enjoyed the visit, especially the setting at the old convent and the combination of Douro and Port wines. The tasting was relaxed and well organized, and we got some interesting background on the estate. A very pleasant stop in the Távora Valley.
The tasting at the Quevedo estate was relaxed and informative. The older Ports were excellent and the setting in the heart of the Douro gave it a very authentic feel. Definitely worth it if you're into aged wines.
