Founded in 2021, ODE was created with the purpose of offering a distinctive tourism experience that celebrates the natural beauty and authenticity of the Ribatejo. Located in Vila Chã de Ourique, Cartaxo, the estate spans 100 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and cork forest, forming part of an evolving project that brings together wine tourism, hospitality, and wellness in an inspiring setting. ODE Winery stands out for its striking architecture and its welcoming atmosphere.
With more than 120 years of history, the winery blends tradition and innovation through stainless-steel tanks with temperature control, oak vats, stone “lagares,” and clay pots, enabling the production of wines that express the unique character of each grape variety. The extensive cellars provide ideal conditions for aging ODE’s premium wines, reinforcing the identity and vision of the project.
The experience includes a guided tour of the winery, offering clear and engaging insight into the various stages of vinification and wine aging. At the end of the visit, a commented tasting of five wines allows guests to explore the aromas, textures, and personality that define the ODE brand.
