Born and raised in Estremoz, in the heart of the Alentejo wine region, Tiago Cabaço was used to sharing the countryside and working in the vineyards and winery with his parents from an early age. It was through this experience that, as a child, he learned the secrets of the vineyard, the soil, the grape varieties and the whole universe associated with it, which he still applies today in his daily life.
We invite you to visit Tiago Cabaço Winery in Estremoz, where you will learn about the company's mission and values, the wines, the winemaking processes (most of which are still manual), the terroir and microclimate of the 5 properties, the modern architecture of the winery. You will be, also, introduced to the region and its distinctive landscapes.
During this experience, you will take part in a guided tour of the winery, which will end with a tasting of 4 wines.
