About the Activity
Located on the right bank of the Douro River, between Régua and Pinhão, Quinta do Crasto is a 135-hectare estate, 74 of which are planted with vineyards. Its name comes from the Latin castrum, meaning Roman fort, with origins dating back centuries.

With a unique setting and stunning views over the Douro, the estate is home to the iconic swimming pool designed by architect Eduardo Souto de Moura, a highlight in international media and tourism.

This experience takes you on a guided tour of the winery, vineyards, lagares, and barrel cellar, offering insight into the estate’s history and character. The visit concludes with a commented tasting of five wines that showcase the excellence of Quinta do Crasto. The program ends with a visit to the estate’s shop, where all products are available.

Wines for tasting:
  • Crasto Douro White or Crasto Douro Rosé;
  • Crasto Douro Red, Crasto Superior Red;
  • Quinta do Crasto Reserva Vinhas Velhas;
  • Quinta do Crasto LBV. 

Note: The last harvest of each wine will be served.

Extras:
  • Regional products (cheeses and charcuterie): €18 per person (minimum of 2 people and one extra per person);
  • Private tour: €25 per person.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 10 days before the date of the booking. After this period, it will be charged 50% of the total amount.
Notes
We do not advise you to use GPS to arrive to our facilities.
A tolerance of 15 minutes will be given over the scheduled time. After which, we will start the service with the presents. We do not guarantee full service after this time.
It takes place daily.
Closed from the 19th of December to the 4th of January.
