About the Activity
Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, located in Sabrosa, Vila Real, in the heart of Douro Valley, is currently one of the biggest wine tourism references in Portugal, with a history of more than 250 years.

This experience starts with a visit to the winery dated from 1764, the Wine Museum, the barrel’s room and the underground cellar where we age the best lots selected by Amorim family. 

After this tour you will enjoy the Two Territories wine tasting, paired with fine charcuterie and regional cheeses.

    “Enoturismo com charme e encanto!” Visitei a Quinta para realizar o tour pela vinícola e para fazer a prova de vinhos e petiscos. O lugar é MARAVILHOSO! Bem no alto do Douro com uma vista lindíssima para o rio. Se a sua opção é escolher apenas uma vinícola para visitar durante a viagem para Portugal, certamente recomendo essa Quinta. Primeiro que os vinhos são espetaculares, segundo que a vista é de tirar o fôlego. Gosto muito dos vinhos do Alentejo, mas como lá é uma região de planície, não tem uma vista tão privilegiada como es Marcos, 31 jan 2020
