About the Activity
Luís Pato, known as the “Baga Master”, is one of the most influential figures in the Bairrada region and a true icon of Portuguese wine. The experience takes place at the historic Quinta do Ribeirinho, located near Anadia, where the Pato family has been producing wine since the eighteenth century and where the character of this unique territory is preserved.

During the tour, you will explore the estate’s facilities and uncover stories that have shaped generations. You will also learn about the winemaking processes behind Luís Pato wines and sparkling wines, with particular focus on the Baga grape and the techniques that distinguish the producer.

The experience concludes with a guided tasting of wines and sparkling wines, offering a journey through the aromas, textures, and personality of Bairrada.

An opportunity to discover the identity of one of Portugal’s most emblematic wine producers.

    The wines are very interesting and unconventional; they truly deserve to be tasted with curiosity and an open mind. Baga, in particular, is a fascinating grape variety that, when well interpreted, can deliver great satisfaction.
