I am Bairradino Rui Lucas, Winegrower 'PRIOR LUCAS'.

I have returned to my origins, my roots, and I do something that brings me joy from the beginning to the end of the day. Furthermore, I decided, to produce wine, to preserve the vinicultural heritage of my land, which is unique and unrepeatable, to reconcile our tradition in wine production and the social custom of drinking wine, these are passions I want to share with the world.

Thus, in 2013 I created the brand PRIOR LUCAS with the motto that each bottle of wine has its own story.

I have several types of vineyards, from century-old vines with a diversity and richness of grape varieties that make any wine an unforgettable uniqueness, full of stories, but also new vines, which I planted and that I will continue to plant so that the history of my land never ends.

It is on a visit that you will get to know the full story of each wine and of the project. In the wine tourism programme you can have a wine tasting, a traditional meal (in the winery or in the centenary vineyard), visit a centenary vineyard or a relaxing sightseeing tour. There are numerous options to visit us.
