Quinta Vale do Sabor - Terroirs' Essence

Located in the Douro Superior, Quinta Vale do Sabor spans 42 hectares of vineyards with an average age of around 35 years, planted on the slopes of the Sabor River Valley. The grape varieties cultivated reflect the intensity and minerality characteristic of the region. The east-facing exposure allows the vineyards to benefit from gentle morning sunlight while being protected from the intense afternoon heat, contributing to balanced wines with strong terroir expression.

The experience begins with a 360º guided tour of the winery, where the winemaking process and production philosophy are presented. Throughout the visit, guests discover the connection between the land, the vineyards, and the identity of the wines.

This is followed by a tasting of four premium references from the brand, held on the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards, providing a unique and immersive setting. The tasting is accompanied by dried fruits or crackers, enhancing the different styles and profiles presented.
