Set in Serra do Louro, the winery stands out for its gravity flow winemaking system, natural lighting, and thick walls that ensure a constant temperature. The use of autovinifiers, a traditional regional method, is complemented by modern temperature control and sustainable practices that harness the natural energy of fermentation.
