About the Activity

Embark on a 1 day journey through the Douro, departing from Porto toward Régua, and discover the oldest demarcated wine region in the world, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The program begins at São Bento Station in Porto, with coach transfer to the Douro region. After the visit, return to Porto will be by boat, offering a privileged river perspective of the valley.

During the cruise, the route includes passage through the Carrapatelo Dam, with approximately 35 meters of elevation change, and the Crestuma-Lever Dam, with 14 meters, memorable highlights that showcase the impressive engineering integrated into the Douro landscape. Lunch will be served on board, inspired by traditional Portuguese flavors.
