About the Activity
Learn about the art and science of wine making process from our winemakers with this tour of our Urban Winery. 

You will walk through the process from the arrival of the grapes from our vineyards to the analysis of wines in tanks and barrels through to bottling and labelling. Learn about field mixes of ancient vines, which help us create unique wines which are the best expression of our vineyards or varietals. Talk to our experienced winemaker about the Portuguese wines and the growing conditions which result in these unique flavours. 

After the visit, you will enjoy a regional meal, composed by 3 moments paired with wines at Howard's Folly restaurant.  

Visit Howard's Folly, admire our urban winery and taste the best wines and gastronomy from Alentejo.

Alentejo Gold
Olive oil from Herdade das Barrocas, seasoned olives from the Estremoz market, flavoured butter and Alentejo bread.

Kataifi Shrimp
Shrimp wrapped in Kataifi pasta, seasoned with local aromatic herbs, accompanied with mayonnaise and basil.

Lamb Hamburger
Lamb burger served on brioche bread, with mint sauce and jalapeños, and melted cheese.

Taking advantage of the availability of seasonal fruits we propose our crumble: Esmolfe wild apple jam, bacon crumble, black vanilla ice cream and salty caramel.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity. After this period, there will be no refund.

Open from Thursday to Sunday, from 12:30am to 11pm.
Closed from Monday to Wednesday.
