Herdade do Freixo is located in the northeast of the Alentejo, in the village of Freixo, municipality of Redondo, between Serra d’Ossa and Évora. The guided tour, led by the resident team, presents a unique winery in Europe, entirely underground and built across three levels beneath the vineyard. Throughout the visit, guests discover the philosophy, architecture, and production practices that define the identity of the estate. The experience ends with a traditional Alentejo lunch (minimum 8 people), paired with four Herdade do Freixo wines, including soup, a meat dish, and dessert.
