The estate's winery is one of the crucial areas for its regeneration, producing first-class wines under an exclusive brand. Selected, hand-picked grapes form the basis of limited editions, the remaining grapes being carefully blended before the aging process begins in French oak barrels. São Lourenço do Barrocal wines are created from indigenous Portuguese grape varieties, reflecting the 10 years of the vineyards from which they come, as well as their unique terroir. Touriga Nacional and Alicante Bouschet make the Reserva Tinto, while the other rich, mature reds and elegant whites also combine foreign varieties.
