Located in the heart of Alentejo, Herdade do Esporão welcomes you to a territory where vineyards, gardens, and history coexist with the region's authenticity. The experience begins with an introduction to the organic production methods that define our identity, moving on to the Monte Velho and Lagares wine cellars. The tasting takes place in the garden cloister, where you will sample two white wines and two red wines that combine freshness and fruit with the structure of the estate's most complex profiles. The moment culminates with lunch served at the Herdade’s restaurant, a contemporary architectural space overlooking the landscape. The five course menu is prepared with seasonal products from local producers, respecting the cycle of nature. Each dish is paired with selected wines in a perfect balance that celebrates the best of the territory.
