About the Activity
José Maria da Fonseca, located in Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, Setúbal, invites you to come and discover the essence of a wine family with almost 200 years of history.

The visit to the Museum Room begins with a brief explanation of the company’s history, followed by a tour of the ancient wineries: Adega da Mata and Adega dos Teares Novos, where wines such as Periquita mature, and Adega dos Teares Velhos, where the oldest Setúbal muscatels rest.

At the end of the visit, you will taste 6 premium wines (2 white wines, 2 red wines and 2 Setúbal muscatels), accompanied by a regional board, composed of cheeses, cured meats, olive oil, olives and regional bread.

  • Gastronomy extras require a minimum of 2 people and must be the same for the whole group;
  • For children aged 12 to 17, the prices for visit with and without tasting do not include the regional snacks;
  • Children up to the age of 11 enjoy a 100% discount, however, the experience consists solely of the visit, without tasting and without the regional snacks.

Free cancellation up to 48h before the experience. After this period, there will be no refund.
