About the Activity
Enter the world of creative cuisine, where technique and flavour are perfectly balanced. Get to know the cuisine and strong personality of Chef Rui Paula in his iconic restaurant, Casa de Chá da Boa Nova, an unavoidable symbol of Portuguese gastronomy.

Take part in an intimate class, collaborate with the Chef and help him prepare the most representative recipes of his cuisine. 

The Chef will prepare a 3-course menu, while explaining the details of his creative cooking. You will have the opportunity to taste these dishes in the restaurant kitchen while the Chef cooks, along with the pairings prepared by the sommelier.
