Up to 48 hours prior to the activity: 50% of the total amount paid or scheduling a new date upon availability (for a maximum period of 3 months, excluding special programs) and payment of a 20% cause;
Between 48 and 24 hours before activity: 100% of the total amount paid, or scheduling of a new date upon availability;
No show: there is no refund or option to choose a new date.
