On this 8-hour tour, discover the wines of the Setúbal region.
Admire the river Tejo while crossing the Vasco da Gama bridge. With 17 km, it is one of the longest bridges in Europe.
After arriving in Palmela, we will go up to the castle for a series of amazing photos. Next we will head to the mountains along the Arrábida area, passing vineyards and plantations of cork and olive trees.
The next stop will be at a wine producing family property, in the heart of the Arrábida Park, where we will have the opportunity to taste some local wines. After the tasting, we will continue to the highest point of the Arrábida Natural Park to enjoy the magnificent landscape and stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean.
Free time for lunch will be spent in the fishing village of Sesimbra.
Then we will go to the village of Azeitão, where we will enjoy another wine tasting during the guided visit to one of the oldest wineries in the region.
Last but not least, we will stop at Cristo Rei, a monument inspired by Cristo Redentor in Rio de Janeiro, to enjoy the view over the city of Lisbon, before the return that will take place over the 25 de Abril Bridge.
