Day 1
08:30 am – Pick-up at Humberto Delgado Airport, in hotels or in Lisbon city centre;
09:00 am – Transfer to Évora;
11:00 am – Guided tour of the vineyards, winery, cellars, and museum at Monte da Ravasqueira, with tasting of signature wines;
01:15 pm – Regional lunch, à la carte, at "República do Petisco" restaurant, in Arraiolos;*
03:30 pm – Guided tour of Casa Alexandre Relvas, with wine and olive oil tasting, accompanied by regional appetizers;
05:15 pm – Drop-off and check-in at the Convento do Espinheiro hotel (5-star);
07:30 pm – Tasting gourmet dinner with wine pairing, Chef's suggestion, at hotel restaurant, "Divinus".
Day 2
09:00 am – Buffet breakfast at the hotel;
10:00 am – Pick-up at the hotel;
10:30 am – Guided tour of Adega da Cartuxa, with wine tasting, accompanied by regional appetizers;
12:30 pm – Regional lunch, Chef’s suggestion, harmonised, at "Enoteca Cartuxa" restaurant, in Évora;
03:00 pm – Guided tour of Herdade do Freixo, with a premium wine tasting;
05:30 pm – Free time to explore the city of Évora;
07:30 pm – Regional dinner, à la carte, at "Fialho" restaurant, in Évora;*
09:45 pm – Drop-off at the hotel.
Day 3
08:00 am – Buffet breakfast at the hotel;
09:30 am – Check-out and pick-up at the hotel;
11:00 am – Guided tour of Herdade do Esporão, with a tasting of wines, followed by a 5-course lunch, Chef's suggestion, harmonised;
04:30 p.m. – Guided tour of Adega da Ervideira, with a blind wine tasting and Alentejo regional products;
06:00 pm – Transfer to Lisbon;
08:30 pm – Drop-off at Humberto Delgado Airport, in hotels or in Lisbon city centre;
