Wine Magnum

Quinta do Ribeiro Santo estate, located in Carregal Sal, is a small property acquired and restored by the winemaker Carlos Lucas, with the aim of producing wines with his own personality.

It’s located in the middle of pine forests, in the valleys of Dão, in slopes ranging from the mountain “Serra da Estrela” to the mountain “Serra do Caramulo”.

The vineyard is planted in an integrated production system, revealing a great concern with environmental issues. The combination of cultural practices, associated with the careful use of organic products that respect the environment, originates a balanced production.

At Magnum Wines, the winemaker, Carlos Lucas, combines the experience, knowledge, and reverence to produce wines of excellence in the regions of Dão, Douro, Alentejo.

Our intention is to show the best of each one of these regions through wines that respect the terroir, tradition and Portuguese varieties.

Each bottle that we produce tells a story. Each wine itself reflects our passion, emotions, and dedication that we put in its labour, so our signature is “Wine & People”.
