About the Activity
The Alto Minho landscape would not be the same without its most iconic landmark: the magnificent Palácio da Brejoeira, in Monção. Built in the early nineteenth century and classified as a National Monument since 1910, it stands out for its elegant blend of Baroque and Neoclassical styles.

The guided visit includes the palace interior, the romantic gardens, the private chapel, the old winery and the thirty plus hectares that frame the property. The tour also covers the woodland area, the lake, the Island of Love and the vineyards that produce the renowned Alvarinho Palácio da Brejoeira.

    “Conjunción de sencillez y grandiosidad” Tanto la parte interior del Palacio como de los jardines y la integración del aprovechamiento de recursos naturales nos pareció, a mi mujer y a mí, un ejemplo de como se puede armonizar la cultura.
