About the Activity
Located in Estremoz, Évora, in the Alentejo heart, João Portugal Ramos is a Portuguese wine reference. His winery, in Vila Santa, with a traditional Alentejo elements in its architecture, combines the modern concept in all vinification technology in all wine production process. Currently, João Portugal e Ramos, has wine activity in several regions such as Alentejo, Ribatejo, Beiras, Douro and Vinhos Verdes. 

We invite you to play a winemaker for a day and producing your own wine! You will learn the art of wine making, in a unique experience, under the guidance of our team of winemakers. This will be a practical activity and the theory will be transmitted during the exercise.

  • Winemaking experience for 2 hours at João Portugal Ramos, located in Estremoz, Alentejo;
  • Learn how to distinguish and know the grape varieties;
  • Make your own blend and wine;
  • Guided visit to João Portugal Ramos winery and cellars;
  • Olive oil Oliveira Ramos premium tasting;
  • Tasting of regional products –sheep cheese and Alentejo bread;
  • A bottle of wine, 375 ml, with a personalised label.
