Chef Benoit Sinthon will be your guide to discover the flavours, aromas and gastronomic richness of Madeira.

The Chef welcomes you at The Cliffbay Hotel, where the walk to Mercado dos Lavradores, the largest showcase of Madeiran products, begins. 

The experience continues in the Chef's private kitchen garden, where he will show you the whole process of cultivation and the secrets of the products that shine in his kitchen, while preparing a lunch of Madeiran flavours, which will be served outdoors in a 4-course menu, paired with the wines of the region. 

Enjoy this exclusive gastronomic experience, with one of the references of the gastronomic panorama in Portugal.
