The day begins with pick-up at Humberto Delgado Airport, your hotel, or Lisbon city centre. A chauffeur specialising in wine tourism will drive you in a top-of-the-range vehicle, providing comfort and tranquillity. During the journey to Alentejo, admire the plains and golden hues that herald one of Portugal's most enchanting regions.
Adega da Cartuxa
Adega da Cartuxa
The first stop will be at Adega da Cartuxa, an icon of Alentejo viticulture, located at Quinta de Valbom, just a few minutes from the historic centre of Évora. Housed in the former Jesuit retirement home, the winery combines history, spirituality, and wine excellence. You will take part in a guided tour that culminates in a tasting of Cartuxa wines, accompanied by regional products such as cheeses, sausages, and jams from the Alentejo.
Herdade do Esporão
Herdade do Esporão
After the visit, the tour continues to the prestigious Herdade do Esporão, an essential reference point for Portuguese wine. Here, lunch will be a unique gastronomic experience: a 5-course menu, created by the Chef using local and seasonal produce, paired with selected wines. After lunch, you will take part in a guided tour of the estate and cellars, with a wine tasting and aroma exercise, exploring the essence and diversity of the Alentejo terroir.
Return to Lisbon
Return to Lisbon
After a day dedicated to discovering the wines and flavors of Alentejo, it will be time to return to the capital. The return trip is the ideal moment to reminisce about the experiences you have had and enjoy the serenity of the countryside. You will be dropped off at Humberto Delgado Airport, your hotel, or downtown Lisbon, ending the tour in complete comfort.

Full Program:
08:15 a.m. - Pick-up at Humberto Delgado Airport, hotels or Lisbon city centre;
08:30 a.m. - Transfer to Évora; 
11:00 a.m. - Guided tour of Herdade do Esporão, cellars and winery, with wine tasting;
01:00 p.m. - 5-moment lunch, harmonized, Chef's suggestion, at the Herdade do Esporão restaurant;
04:30 p.m. - Guided tour of the Cartuxa winery, with wine tasting and regional products;
06:00 p.m. - Return to Lisbon;
08:00 p.m. - Drop-off at Humberto Delgado Airport, hotels or Lisbon city centre;
End of tour.

Starting days: From Tuesday to Saturday.
Note: Due to the times of the visits, the English tour will have the order of activities reversed, compared to the tour in the other languages. 
Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date: a 5% fee will be additionally charged;
Cancellation in less than 15 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount will be charged;
No-show: you will be charged 100% of the total amount.

    “Amazing day!!” It's well worth it! Very well organized and complete tour in terms of activities. It was an amazing day, where not only we learned a lot about the Alentejo wine region, but we also tasted unique wines, with very interesting aromas and flavours, as well as enjoyed a lunch with quality regional products. Herdade do Esporão and Adega da Cartuxa were very well chosen!
