About the Activity
A few kilometres from Évora, Fitapreta's wine tourism unfolds between the contemporary architecture of the winery, entirely clad in cork, and the Medieval Palace of Morgado de Oliveira, a 14th century building and one of the oldest in the city.

This is the most complete of Fitapreta's classic tastings, designed for those who want to go into detail. The guided tour covers the history of the house, the heritage of the Palace and the winemaking processes that translate Fitapreta's reading of the Alentejo, between almost forgotten grape varieties, old vineyards and new paths.

This is followed by a tasting of 7 wines, served with a board of 3 cheeses from regional producers and Alentejo black pork ham from 100% acorn-fed pigs, a combination that reveals the breadth of the range and the connection of the house to the flavours of the territory.

An in-depth and relaxed experience, in true Maçanita style.

This tasting can be held privately, with a dedicated guide, for a minimum of 6 participants. If the group is smaller, the amount corresponding to the minimum number of participants will be charged.
