Day 1 - Beja
08:30 a.m. - Pick up from Humberto Delgado Airport, hotels or Lisbon city centre;
09:00 a.m. - Transfer to Beja;
11:30 a.m. - Guided visit to Adega Santa Vitória, with premium wine tasting, accompanied by Santa Vitória bread and olive oil;
01:00 p.m. - Harmonized lunch, Chef's suggestion, at Vila Galé Clube de Campo restaurant;
03:00 p.m. - Check-in at Vila Galé Clube de Campo hotel;
04:00 p.m. - Activity "Winemaker for a Day", at Herdade da Malhadinha Nova;
08:00 p.m. - Gourmet dinner, Chef's suggestion, at Herdade da Malhadinha Nova restaurant;
10:30 p.m. - Return to the hotel Vila Galé Clube de Campo.
Day 2 - Beja
08:00 a.m. - Buffet breakfast at the hotel;
09:30 a.m. - Pick-up at Vila Galé Clube de Campo hotel;
10:30 a.m. - Guided visit to Quinta do Carmo, with wine tasting;
12:30 p.m. - Regional lunch at Ribafreixo winery restaurant;
03:00 p.m. - Guided visit to Herdade do Rocim, with wine tasting and regional appetizers;
06:00 p.m. - Free time to stroll around the city of Beja;
08:30 p.m. - Regional dinner, suggested by the chef, at the Herdade dos Grous restaurant;
10:30 p.m. - Return to the hotel.
Day 3 - Évora
08:00 a.m. - Buffet breakfast at hotel;
09:30 a.m. - Pick-up and check-out from hotel;
11:00 a.m. - Guided visit to the wine cellar and art centre of Quinta do Quetzal, with wine tasting and regional snacks;
12:30 p.m. - Harmonized tasting lunch, Chef's suggestion, at Quinta do Quetzal;
03:00 p.m. - Transfer to Évora;
04:30 p.m. - Guided visit to Adega da Cartuxa, with wine tasting and regional snacks;
06:00 p.m. - Free time to stroll around the city of Évora;
08:00 p.m. - Gourmet dinner, Chef's suggestion, at the "5 Amêndoas" restaurant;
10:00 p.m. - Transfer to Lisbon;
