Lisboa has everything a wine explorer could want. On the north side you’ll find beautiful vineyards, amazing beaches, some of the best surfing spots in the world and breathtaking mountains. The vineyards, on the Southern Europe’s Gulf Stream, are located right between the cold and strong winds of the Atlantic coast and the heat of inland Portugal. At night, the land is naturally irrigated by the mist and early morning fog and during the day it receives warmth from sunny afternoons.

The Portuguese in this region are masters at blending several grape varieties, producing delicious wines. Winemakers from all over the world dream of Portugal's blending expertise, and many fly all the way here to taste and experience it.

On this experience, you will have the opportunity to participate in a wine and food pairing program conducted by a famous winemaker of the region on 2 exceptional wineries. All his family comes from the wine sector and the passion for  the wines produced makes all the difference, allied with the fact that these wines are literally a product of the region soil, climate and agricultural techniques of their peoples. More than 300 years of tradition in the production of wine, a beautiful old winery and a mix of knowledge from the past with a clear focus on the future. Respecting and working with Nature and using native Portuguese grape varieties gives these fine wines a very unique character – incredible flavours, complex scents, an elegance and freshness born in the Atlantic Ocean.

Then, your trip will continue to a coastline restaurant almost on the Atlantic Ocean where you will taste the homemade food of the region. On our way to Lisbon, we will continue along the beautiful coastline and pass through Cascais, considered the Portuguese Riviera and once a beach royal retreat for the Portuguese and European monarchy.
