About the Activity
Textura Wines is a family project started in 2018 in Dão, on the slopes of Serra da Estrela, and involving organic viticulture, terroir wine production and wine tourism. After sourcing existing vineyards, in a region of small growers, we have 22 ha of vineyards in 7 different plots in Vila Nova de Tazem and Penalva do Castelo. 

Our low intervention winemaking, reflects the soil and location of each of our vineyards, leading at wines with character, elegant and distinct. Respect for the place and its biodiversity (soil, flora and fauna, people, and community), the preservation of resources (natural and cultural) and local development are the basis of our fundamental principles.

At Textura Wines, sustainability is one of the foundations that is reflected in all the small details that make our wines. Explore nature at our doorstep, discover the winery and come and taste the new Texture of Dão.
