Alteration to Reservation
Changes to the booking such as place of embarkation, total number of passengers, time, and date of departure or duration of the programme may be possible but are subject to availability and payment of a fee:
1. Changes requested up to 48 hours before departure: 20% of the total value of the programme;
2. Changes requested after 48 hours prior to departure: 35% of the total value of the programme.
No date alterations will be accepted after 48 hours prior to departure.
Changes to the initial booking may be subject to a revision of the values initially agreed with the client, namely when the change is related to the choice of a more expensive programme or with more participants.

Cancellation of reservations
After confirmation of the booking, the following cancellation conditions apply:
1. Up to 48 hours before departure: 50% of the total value of the chosen programme;
2. After 48 hours before the departure: 100% of the total value of the chosen programme.
If the client wishes, he/she may request a change of the programme date, applying for that purpose the conditions of the Booking Change.
To the cancellation costs may also be added expenses that the company has had or will have to bear for that reason, namely regarding transport, accommodation, food and/or any other services contracted to external companies, when directly related to the programme in question and not refundable.
The company reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change any programme, for any reason whatsoever, including prohibition of navigation by the waterway regulating authority, weather conditions adverse to navigability, mechanical problems, strike or work stoppage, medical emergency and local holidays, among other reasons, without penalty.
