Soito Wines - Local Walking Trails

Created in 2013, Soito Wines is one of the youngest and most promising projects in the Dão region. At Quinta do Soito, in Mangualde, with its long tradition of winemaking, two teachers gave wings to the dream of transforming the family winery into a reference producer, with wines of exceptional quality.

In this activity of adventure and nature, we invite you to take part in a walk along a local trail, full of points of great natural beauty. 

The Dão region is marked by countless footpaths that wind their way through valleys and mountains to meet the Dão river. On this walk, you can breathe in the pure air of the mountain, hear the sheep and goats in the pasture and the chirping of the birds. Suddenly, you can hear the water gushing out of the small cascades that the river Dão pronounces... Venture out there and, once there, enjoy true moments of peace and tranquility.
