Guarded by its emblematic twin cypresses, the Quinta de Marrocos is one of the oldest wine estates in the Douro, and has been producing its own wine for over 4 generations, such as the famous Port and Douro wines.
In the beautiful Douro region is situated the former Franciscan Friars Convent, which today is the main house of Quinta de Marrocos. The estate is well located, along the left bank of the Douro river, between the snow of Serra do Marão, the history and art of Lamego and Vila Real, the uses and customs of the towns and villages, the nature of the Douro Valley.
Come and enjoy a unique atmosphere in a cosy wine estate with a unique history, where you can relax in the tranquillity of nature, with an impressive panoramic view of the Douro river.
We invite you to discover Quinta de Marrocos, on a guided tour of the vineyards, winery, warehouse and press, which will end with a tasting of Port wines, accompanied by apéritifs.
