About the Activity
In this private wine tour discover Porto, the Wine Region of Douro, Aveiro, known for the typical boats “Moliceiros” and the medieval village of Óbidos. 

In this experience you will visit the Port Wine Cellars and some wineries at Douro. So, you will get to know each of the processes of manufacturing these wines, and you will have the opportunity to taste some of the best and most famous wines of the world.

  • Private tour through Oporto, Douro, Aveiro and Óbidos for 2 days, starting on Lisbon;
  • Get to know the main attractions and touristic points in Oporto;
  • Enjoy a boat trip in Douro - Oporto (about 50 minutes);

Day 1 | Óbidos & Oporto 
Óbidos – Beautiful medieval village, famous because of its landscapes, history and the liquor named ‘Ginja’.
Oporto – You will visit the main touristic points, such as Sé Catedral, Aliados Avenue, Torre dos Clérigos and Ribeira do Porto.
Night: Porto or Douro

Day 2 | Douro
Douro Valley - You can contemplate the magnificent landscapes of what is the oldest Demarcated Region in the world.
Douro river cruise - In Régua you will embark on a cruise that will take you to the picturesque town of Pinhão, and the return will be by train.
Traditional Cellar – Includes wine tasting, you can meet the vineyards, and learn about all the wine production process, from vine until the bottle. 
Night: Porto or Douro

Day 3 | Aveiro & Coimbra
Aveiro - Considered the Portuguese Venice, where you can enjoy a boat cruise in a typical boat, called Moliceiro, by the city channels.
Coimbra - Visit to the University
Return to Lisbon
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are subject to the following penalties of the full trip price:

– Up to 30 days prior to the arrival no penalties applied. The exceptions are entrance tickets, third party activities, and hotel Bookings. This will be evaluated one by one depending on each provider policy;

– 30 Days to 15 Days prior to arrival: 20% of Penalty;

– Less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of Penalty. However, Premium Tours reserves the right to evaluate the possibility of making a partial refund.
