About the Activity
In this 2-nights experience for 2 people, in a Classic double room, let yourself be guided by your senses! Enter a world that is fresh, light and delicate in the Vinhos Verdes Wine Region.

Accept our invitation and visit Monverde, between Quinta da Lixa's grapes and vineyards, in Amarante and involve all your senses in the wine, the vineyards and the natural beauty of Quinta de Sanguinhedo.

The concept behind the rooms is to essentially integrate each one of them into the global concept of the hotel, which is to link accommodation with the exploration and production of wine, promoting direct contact with this cultural heritage and with the surrounding landscape.

In addition to the stay, you will have included in this wine tourism package a special activity, where you can be a winemaker for a day. 
The experience begins with you exploring our sensory room, with some of the most common aromas at the Vinho Verde wines, to develop your olfactory sensibility and memory, and get you ready for the blending phase.

Then, you will taste through each grape varietal while learning about their stories and profile, and you will be given the opportunity to measure and sample them together to create a new unique wine, perfectly fits your personal style and senses.

This experience is only over after you bottle the wine, put the cork in, choose and place the capsule in the bottle and personalize your own label.

To ensure your friends and family believe in you when saying you made a wine, the bottle is the souvenir from this experience, as well as a participation certificate with the hotel and winery stamp.

Classic rooms are located in the old facilities of the wine estate, fully recovered but still maintaining the old stone walls. With direct access to the vineyard. They are fully equipped with spacious bathrooms, with hairdryer, scale, and shower and with coffee and tea facilities.

Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in date;
For cancellations between 14 and 8 days before the date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
After this period or in case of no-show there will be no refund.

    “A autêntica escapadinha vínica ” Adoramos o hotel. Tal e qual como nos filmes, dormimos rodeados das vinhas, fazemos parte de uma paisagem única. O quarto muito confortável, a banheira é irresistível. Pequeno-almoço completo, com produtos de muita qualidade. Staff super simpático. Muito giro o transporte em carrinhos de golfe dentro da propriedade. A atividade enólogo por um dia foi muito interessante, participamos na produção de um vinho, onde fomos nós a fazer o blend das diferentes casta. Rui, 18 abr 2021
