In this 1 day experience, we suggest a a practical and very interactive activity that enhances the knowledge of grape varieties and their contribution to the production of green wines. The result is the creation of the own batch and the souvenir of the wine with the signature of the visitor.
The program begins with the national wine industry and the Vinho Verde Region, a succinct explanation of how to produce white wines and their styles while sampling the 5 monovarietal wines. One begins to perceive the favorite wines of each visitor and, usually, these are the wines that will be part of the lot of its wine. After the test of the lot to the pilot scale, the visitor, begins to bottle its wine. A traditional corker allows the placement of the cork stopper "Monverde", followed by the stage of the creative part, the production of the label: brand creation, drawing and painting; Ends with the choice of the color of the capsule that best stays in the garment and the capper closes the production of the lot.
At the end of the activity, the pride is felt in each face and they carry the wine bottle with tenderness.
