Malhadinha Nova is a typical Alentejo family estate situated in Albernôa, a small village in the heart of 'Baixo' Alentejo. It is a place of freedom and endless horizons, where great quality wines are produced and animals live in total harmony with nature.

In this experience, we invite you to improve your cooking skills and learn more about Alentejo’s cuisine on your Open Space kitchen. Our chefs will be teaching you how to cook the best local products on a unique gastronomic experience.
