Full Program:
Day 1 - Lisbon
09:30 a.m. – Pick-up at Humberto Delgado Airport, in hotels, or at Lisbon city centre;
11:00 p.m. – Guided visit to Quinta d Porto Nogueira, a secular farm with great history, with wine tasting and regional lunch;
03:00 p.m. – Visit to Quinta do Sanguinhal, gardens, vineyards, old distillery, old wine press, and ageing cellar, ending with a commented tasting of wines with some regional snacks;
05:00 p.m. – Check-in at Dolce Campo Real hotel, or at Wine Hotel da Quinta da Lapa;
08:00 p.m. – Regional dinner, Chef’s suggestion, at the hotel’s restaurant.
Day 2 - Lisbon
09:00 a.m. – Buffet breakfast at the hotel;
10:00 a.m. –Pick-up at the hotel;
11:00 a.m. – Visit to Quinta de Chocapalha, passing by the vineyards, winery, and barrel’s room, ending with wine tasting, accompanied by cheeses, cured meats and rusks;
01:00 p.m. - Lunch with wine pairing at Quinta da Chocapalha, with the family members of the owners;
04:00 p.m. – Guided visit to Quinta da Almiara, with a tour of the vineyards, winery and barrel room, ending with a wine tasting;
07:00 p.m. - Guided visit to the installations of AdegaMãe, including the weather room, winery, events room and tasting room;
08:00 p.m. – Regional dinner of traditional Portuguese snacks, suggested by the Chef, at the "Sal na Adega" restaurant, inside the AdegaMãe facilities;
10:30 p.m.– Return to the hotel.
Day 3 - Lisbon
08:30 a.m. – Buffet breakfast at the hotel;
10:00 a.m. – Check-out and pick-up at the hotel;
11:00 a.m. - Guided tour with the owner, walk through the property and a lunch with wine pairing at Quinta de Sant'Ana;
04:00 p.m. – Guided visit to Manzwine, Museum, historic village, wine cellar, with a wine tasting, accompanied by regional snacks;
05:30 p.m. - Transfer to Setúbal region;
07:00 p.m. – Check-in at Casa Palmela hotel, or at Montado Hotel & Golf Resort;
08:30 p.m. - Gourmet dinner, Chef’s suggestion, at the hotel’s restaurant.
Day 4– Setúbal
08:00 a.m. - Buffet breakfast at the hotel;
09:30 a.m. – Pick-up at the hotel;
10:00 p.m. - Guided visit to Bacalhôa Palace, with wine tasting;;
12:30 p.m. - Traditional lunch, à la carte, at "De Pedra e Sal" restaurant, in Setúbal; *
02:30 p.m. – Free time to explore Parque Nacional da Arrábida;
04:00 p.m. – Guided visit in Venâncio da Costa Lima, with tasting of "Moscatéis de Setúbal", accompanied by regional snacks;
06:00 p.m. – Free time to stroll in Setúbal;
08:00 p.m.– Typical dinner, à la carte, at "Decor e Salteado" restaurant, in Setúbal; *
10:30 p.m.– Return to the hotel.

12:00 p.m. - Lunch of traditional Portuguese snacks, to share, at José Maria da Fonseca's restaurant;
04:00 p.m. – Visit to Quinta do Piloto, with wine tasting and regional snacks;
05:30 p.m. – Transfer to Lisbon;
07:00 p.m. – Drop-off at Humberto Delgado Airport, in hotels, or at Lisbon city centre;
End of the tour.
