About the Activity
The wines of the Lisbon region and the selection of products, made by Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, are the motto for this experience in the Chef's creative workshop.

The experience begins with a visit to Mercado da Ribeira (the meeting point of the activity), accompanied by Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa. At the market, the Chef will show and teach some tricks and tips for choosing the best products to prepare some of the most emblematic dishes of Portuguese cuisine. Later, these will be prepared for your lunch or dinner, to be held in the Chef's atelier.

The menu will consist of 3 courses, starters, main course and dessert. The wines, selected in harmony with the menu, will be picked from the Chef's personal wine cellar.

Enjoy an exclusive wine and food programme with a chef with two Michelin stars, who will teach you some essential tricks for cooking signature cuisine.
