Fitapreta’s wine tourism is located just a few kilometers from the magnificent city of Évora, a UNESCO heritage site, integrated between the contemporary architecture of the winery, a building entirely covered with cork, and the medieval palace of Morgado de Oliveira (sec. XIV).
The purpose of this experience is very simple: to create a new wine!
We will start with a visit to the winery and the medieval Paço, in order to show the Fitapreta history and our winemaking style.
We will make a tasting of several wines, of which, some single variety, to give some hints of tasting notes.
So, after that, you will be ready to make your own wine.
You will have at your disposal pipettes, beakers, funnels, paper & pens, you will start by dividing the tasks among the group. Nothing will be left behind. From the wine blend to the label design, you will have to do everything and our winemaker team will taste it and evaluate your creation.
Guaranteed fun ... a very positive way to spend a moment among friends or family, and why not offer the bottle created to a loved one?
The activity will be accompanied by a plate of snacks.
Discover our wine heritage in a relaxed way and in true Maçanita style!
