About the Activity
Casal Sta. Maria is located in the historic region of Colares, on the slopes of Sintra Hill, 2 km from Cabo da Roca - the most Western point in Europe. The wine production in our estate was interrupted at the beginning of the 20th century. After 100 years have passed, we have brought our vineyards back to life, we have upgraded our winery, and we are now producing red and white wines, in a traditional way, with high quality and national and international recognition.

We invite you to visit us and participate in a tour, which will allow you to get to know our vineyards and winery, while the entire winemaking process that we use in the production of our wines will be explained. At the end of the tour, you will enjoy a tasting of 3 CSM wines. 

After the tasting, it will be time to savor a typical meal, prepared with the best regional products and paired with CSM wines.
