In this experience, we invite you to come to Adega de Borba, located in the Alentejo region (south of Portugal) and taste the best regional products that we produce.
During the guided tour, you will know the winemaking process, which begins with the reception and unloading of the grapes in the grain tank. Then you can see the filtration vault, the area where some processes are conducted, especially harvesting, filtration and stabilization of the wines before they’re bottled using the cooling system if necessary.
Besides, Adega de Borba has the aging cellar, this special place where we store the wines during their aging process. They’re used for quality wines which are aging either in the barrels or already in the bottle, a privileged place with excavation in the marble rocks which are so traditional in the region of Borba.
At the end of this experience, you will enjoy a premium wine tasting and an olive oil tasting with regional bread.
